End-user desktop support is a day-to-day item and is assumed to be sprinkled in among the regularly scheduled items.
Additionally, this chart is intended to be a loose schedule in order to drive productivity. There will be times where other activities will take priority over this schedule. For example, server down time may be scheduled at regular quarterly intervals, or there may be time taken for a conference instead of regular chapel.
